AUF DEM WEG INS JAHR 2024: 200 JAHRE \u2013<\/strong> DEUTSCHSPRACHIGE MIGRATIONEN NACH BRASILIEN<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Das vorliegende Projekt, das vom Historischen Institut S\u00e3o Leopoldo (IHSL) konzipiert wurde und Forschung sowie zus\u00e4tzliche Hochschulangebote f\u00fcr Externe umfasst, bezieht sich auf die Gedenkfeierlichkeiten zum 200. Jahrestag des Beginns der deutschsprachigen Migration nach Brasilien, die mit der Ankunft der ersten Einwanderer aus deutschen Regionen und der Gr\u00fcndung der sogenannten Kolonie S\u00e3o Leopoldo in der damaligen Provinz S\u00e3o Pedro do Rio Grande do Sul, der s\u00fcdlichsten Brasiliens, am 25. Juli 1824 ihren Anfang nimmt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In nur wenigen Jahren feiern wir also den zweihundertj\u00e4hrigen Jahrestag der deutschsprachigen Einwanderung und es ist wichtig, dass zu dieser Zeit eine Reihe von Aktivit\u00e4ten veranstaltet werden, die durch eine Vielfalt an Initiativen in Bezug auf Forschung, Registrierung und Verbreitung kritischer Konzepte zur Migration im Allgemeinen des Beginns des Migrationsprozesses von diesen Ausl\u00e4ndern aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum in den S\u00fcden Brasiliens gedenken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir schlagen eine Reihe thematisch spezifischer (Sub)Projekte vor, die nicht blos feierlich oder selbstreferenziell beim Aufbau einer nur folkloristischen, eingebildeten Tradition der Einwanderungsgeschichte sind, sondern die vielmehr dazu beitragen k\u00f6nnen, dass neue Konzepte bedacht und formuliert werden, und die auch soziopolitisch auf die Anschauung des gesamten Prozesses der deutschen Einwanderung und Kolonisation in Brasilien auswirken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dieses vom IHSL in Zusammenarbeit mit Partnerinstitutionen und assoziierten Wissenschaftlern umzusetzende Projekt zielt in diesem Sinne darauf ab, M\u00f6glichkeiten zur kritischen Auseinandersetzung zum Thema in allen Wissensbereichen zu schaffen, um zur politisch-kulturellen Praxis eines Ged\u00e4chtnis und einer Geschichte der 1824 begonnenen deutschsprachigen Einwanderung nach Brasilien beizutragen. Wenn historische Themen in Bezug auf menschliche Migrationen im Allgemeinen und genauer auf die deutschsprachigen Migrationen im nationalen und internationalen Kontext offengelegt, diskutiert und verbreitet werden, k\u00f6nnen verschiedene Schweigemomente \u00fcberdacht und neue Horizonte bedacht werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daher ist es von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung, unsere Augen zu sch\u00e4rfen, um die Relevanz der Wiederaufnahme, der Verbreitung, der Diskussion und der Ausl\u00f6sung verschiedener \u00c4u\u00dferungs- und Produktionsformen (wissenschaftlich, kulturell, sozial usw.) zu verstehen, mit dem Ziel, alte Praktiken des Gedenkens und damit auch des Verstehens der deutschsprachigen Migration nach Brasilien zu \u00fcberwinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unser Vorschlag ist also, eine Reihe von Aktivit\u00e4ten durchzuf\u00fchren, die zur Forschung, zur Registrierung und zur Verbreitung kritischer Konzepte \u00fcber die Migrationen zu f\u00fchren, damit der Anfang der Einwanderung von Ausl\u00e4ndern, insbesondere von deutschsprachigen Menschen, nach Brasilien bedacht wird, wie im Folgenden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a) Neuausgagen bedeutender (sogenannter klassischer) Publikationen im Bereich der Historiographie zur deutschsprachigen Einwanderung nach Brasilien;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) \u00dcbersetzung von Werken zur deutschsprachigen Einwanderung nach und Kolonisation in Brasilien, die noch nicht auf Portugiesisch ver\u00f6ffentlicht wurden;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) Organisation und Ver\u00f6ffentlichung des \u201eDicion\u00e1rio Enciclop\u00e9dico de Migra\u00e7\u00f5es\u201c [Enzyklop\u00e4disches W\u00f6rterbuch der Migrationen] mit Schwerpunkt auf der F\u00f6rderung von Reflexionen und Diskussionen \u00fcber Begriffe und Konzepte in Bezug auf menschliche Migrationen und Diaspora;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d) Organisation von Sammelb\u00e4nden zu spezifischen Themen bez\u00fcglich der deutschsprachigen Einwanderung und der Kolonisation in Brasilien (Arbeit, Familie, Religion, Erziehung, Sprachen\/Dialekte, Kultur, Musik usw.);<\/p>\n\n\n\n

e) Organisation, Herausgabe und Verbreitung eines Gedenkbuchs \u00fcber die 200 Jahre deutschsprachiger Kolonisation in Brasilien;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

f) Ausgabe von B\u00fcchern zur Verwendung im Bildungsbereich, im schulischen oder au\u00dferschulischen Kontext;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

g) Verfassung und Publikation von neuen B\u00fcchern;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

h) Ausf\u00fchrung einer Wanderausstellung von Gem\u00e4lden des K\u00fcnstlers Fl\u00e1vio Scholles zur deutsch-brasilianischen Kultur mit einem Katalog oder Buch namens \u201eBilder, die sprechen\u201c;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

i) Produktion journalistischer Ver\u00f6ffentlichungen (Berichte, Interviews, Beilagen usw.) zur Verbreitung des kulturellen Ged\u00e4chtnisses und der Geschichte der 200 Jahre deutschsprachige Einwanderung nach Brasilien;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

j) Veranstaltung im Jahrgang 2024 des Internationalen Seminares \u201c200 Anos de Hist\u00f3ria das Migra\u00e7\u00f5es Alem\u00e3s [200 Jahre Geschichte deutschsprachiger Migrationen] und XXV. Symposium zur Geschichte der Einwanderung und Kolonisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es handelt sich also um Originalpublikationen, Neuausgaben, \u00dcbersetzungen aus anderen Sprachen (insbesondere aus dem Deutschen) ins Portugiesische, Erweiterung der Themenbereiche, Einbindung in den Bildungsbereich, Organisation von Veranstaltungen o. \u00c4., die zur Ausweitung des Migrationsbegriffs (Auswanderung, Einwanderung, Zuwanderung, Kolonisation) und zur Auseinandersetzung mit den soziokulturellen Auswirkungen dieses Prozesses beitragen, indem die Organisation, die Konsolidierung und der Ausbau von Forschungsnetzwerken sowie die Vielfalt der Ausdr\u00fccke im Bereich von Forschung-Handlung-Ausbildung bez\u00fcglich des Themas dieses Projektes gef\u00f6rdert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ON THE WAY TO 2024: 200 YEARS \u2013 GERMAN MIGRATIONS TO BRAZIL<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This project, which was developed by the Historical Institute of S\u00e3o Leopoldo (IHSL) and involves research as well as outreach, refers to the celebrations of the 200th anniversary of the beginning of the German-speaking migration to Brazil, which began with the establishment of the first immigrants from German territories and the foundation of the so-called Colony of S\u00e3o Leopoldo, in the then Province of S\u00e3o Pedro do Rio Grande do Sul, in the southernmost region of Brazil, on July 25, 1824.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are thus only a few years away from the bicentenary of German-speaking immigration and it is crucial to organize a set of activities that recall the beginning of the migration process of these foreigners, from German-speaking regions, in the south of Brazil, through research, registration and dissemination of critical concepts regarding the human migrations in general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We propose a series of thematically specific projects and sub-projects that can contribute to envisage and formulate new concepts with sociopolitical effect on the whole process of immigration and colonization in Brazil, not merely festive ones or self-referenced in the construction of a tradition \u2013 only folkloric \u2013 imaginatively built about this history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The intention of this project, to be implemented by IHSL in cooperation with partner institutions and associated researchers, is, in this sense, to create possibilities for critical thinking about this subject in all areas of knowledge, in order to contribute to the political-cultural praxis<\/em> of a memory and of a history about the Germanic immigration to Brazil, initiated in 1824. A number of silences can be reconsidered and new horizons can be thought of whenwe disclose, discuss and disseminate historical issues linked to the human migrations in general and to the German migrations in national and international context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thus, it is fundamentally important to sharpen our vision to understand the relevance of resumption, dissemination, discussion and provocation of several manifestations and productions (scientific, cultural, social, etc.), to collaborate with the overcoming of traditional old practices of remember, and consequently, of the significance of the German migrations to Brazil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The proposal is thus to develop a series of activities that lead to research, registration and dissemination of critical concepts regarding the human migrations in order to recall the beginning of the immigration process of foreigners, particularly of German-speaking people, to Brazil, as below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a) Re-editions of publications considered classic in the field of historiography on German-speaking immigration to Brazil;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) translations of works about the German immigration and the colonization in Brazil that have not yet been published in Portuguese;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) organization and publication of the \u201cDicion\u00e1rio Enciclop\u00e9dico de Migra\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d [Encyclopedic Dictionary of Migrations] with emphasis on promoting reflections and discussions about concepts related to the migrations, the Diaspora and the human displacements;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d) organization of collections about specific topics linked to the German immigration and the colonization in Brazil (work, family, religion, education, languages\/dialects, culture, music, etc.);<\/p>\n\n\n\n

e) organization, edition and release of a commemorative book on the 200 years of the German immigration in Brazil;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

f) editions of paradidactic books to be used in the education field, in school or non-school context;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

g) publications of new books;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

h) execution of a travelling exhibition of paintings from the artist Fl\u00e1vio Scholles related to the German-Brazilian culture, with catalog or book named \u201cBilder, die sprechen<\/em>\u201d;  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

i) production of journalistic publications (reports, interviews, newspaper sections, etc.) to disseminate the memory and the history of the 200 years of the German-speaking immigration to Brazil;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

j) organization of the International Seminar \u201c200 Year History of the German Migrations and XXV Symposium on the History of Immigration and Colonization\u201d, in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, it is going to concern original publications, re-editions, translations of other languages (especially of the German language) into Portuguese, thematic expansion, involvement with the educational field, organization of events etc., that seek to contribute to the expansion of the concept of migration (emigration, immigration, colonization) and to the study of the socio-cultural effects of this process, promoting the organization, consolidation and expansion of research networks and the diversity of research-action-formation expressions related to this project\u2019s theme.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
